The Wagyu beef course consists of eight carefully planned dishes.The menu is carefully crafted with attention to ingredients and homemade preparation, from sashimi made with seasonal fish, fried dishes, and soups, to palate cleansers, the main course of charcoal-grilled Shinshu Wagyu beef, to earthenware pot rice made with Kijimadaira rice, and finally to dessert.Please use this for sunny days or parties.

The daily changing obanzai (side dishes) are a delightful dish featuring five different flavors, primarily based on vegetables.Miyuki pork, carefully raised by one of only two dairy farmers in Iiyama City, has sweet fat and is a "legendary pork" that can only be eaten here.
